Detailed plans and pre-construction strategies were meticulously crafted and presented before the ARC. Every aspect of the project was heavily articulated, with explicit details on materials and plans. Our commitment to historical accuracy and preservation meant that everything was thoroughly written out and detailed, ensuring the final result would pay homage to the heritage of the area.
One of the standout features of the Bayshore project was the addition of a two-story extension to the existing house. This structural engineering marvel was a testament to the skill and craftsmanship of our team. Building a second story on a highly visible and historic home came with its own set of challenges. We had to carefully navigate the complexities of working with a preexisting structure, completely redoing the foundation system to accommodate the new addition. Countless foundation alterations were undertaken, all executed with precision and expertise.

The attention to detail is evident in the intricate fixtures, custom molding, and a stunning tub that invites you to unwind and soak in the luxurious ambiance. Throughout the house, you’ll find new custom molding and a hardwood staircase leading upstairs, enhancing the overall grandeur and timeless elegance of the space.
